    1)

    Aim: To design the slab and foundation of the model 

    Procedure :-

    Step 1 

    • Open the previos Model where we have designed column beam.


    • Again Run the 1st order analysis.
    • But Before that change the following properties of slab.

    • Click on 1st order Analysis - Result View.

     

    Step 2

    • Select the any slab and Right Click on it.
    • Click on Check Panel.

     

    • Check the Design i.e Reinforcement at bottom and Top.

    • Here we can see that Slab 12 is passed . So no need to change the property of slab.
    • Similarly Follow the same procedure for other members also.

    3D view :- 

     

     

    Step 3

    Design of Foundation :- 

     

    • Once the slab is designed .
    • Now we have to design the Footing. 
    • Click on Foundation - Click on Catalogue .

    • A following dialog box will appear.

    • Click on Add.
    • Add the following details.
    • And Click on Okay.

     

    • Now Click on Foundation - Pile Cap Column - and Select the column. 

     

    • Again Check the model and Analyze the model.
    • Now right click on pile cap and Check the design
    • If member is failed in shear increase the depth of footing.

     

    • As we can see that PC 1 and PC 2 are passed. Similarly we can design remaining members also.

     

    Result :- 

    • The pile foundation is analyzed and designed for model.
